Wrap with microgreens

Ingredients

1 Piece Wholegrain-Tortilla
1/2 CupHummus
1/2 CupMixed sprouted seeds (e.g. alfalfa, sunflower)
1 PieceAvocado
1/4 PieceBell pepper
1/4 PieceCucumber
1 HandfulSpinach
 
1HandfulCoriander (optional)

Instructions

Cut the avocado, chilli and cucumber into strips.

Spread hummus on the tortilla.

Spread the sprouted seeds, avocado, chilli, cucumber and spinach (or coriander) on top.

Roll up the tortilla and cut it in half.
