Ingredients

200 g    Chestnut Flour
300 gAll-purpose Flour
7 gDry Yeast
1 tsp.Salt
 350 mlWater
2 tbsp.Olive Oil
 
 3 tbsp.Chestnut flakes (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Mix the dry ingredients.

Dissolve the yeast in the water, add to the dry ingredients with the olive oil and knead.

Leave the dough to rise (1 hour), place in a greased tin.

Bake at 200°C for 40-45 mins. until golden brown.
