For each order, the packaging and shipping costs are calculated in the form of a lump sum, and this regardless of the number of items ordered. In particular, the Provider is not liable for deliveries that are marked as delivered in the tracking systems of the Post and DPD.

Orders received are shipped daily from Monday to Friday (except on holidays of the Canton of Lucerne). All orders received before 3 pm will be shipped the same day from Monday to Friday. Orders by prepayment are excluded from this. Delivery will be made within 1 to 3 working days, depending on the shipping method. Orders by prepayment will be shipped only after receipt of payment.

Exceptional cases due to computer problems or other transmission problems are excluded from the above shipping conditions.

After the customer has sent an order on the website, it can be processed immediately by the provider and cannot be canceled by the customer.

After shipping, a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link of the Post Office or DPD will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
