3. shipping and delivery conditions, shipping costs
Packaging and shipping costs are charged as a lump sum for each order, regardless of the number of items ordered. This lump sum is CHF 10 for DPD.

Orders received are dispatched daily from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays in the Canton of Lucerne). All orders received by 3 p.m. are dispatched on the same day from Monday to Friday. Orders paid in advance are excluded. Delivery takes place within 1 to 3 working days, depending on the shipping method. Orders paid in advance will only be dispatched after receipt of payment.
Exceptional cases due to IT problems or other transmission problems are excluded from the above shipping conditions.
