Baking mix for a deliciously fresh brown bread with a crispy crust. Special features Our very special gluten-free mill - purchased from the Swiss army - can produce up to 18 tons per day and only grinds gluten-free flours. It is located in a separate building so that we can prevent any contamination from products containing gluten. Every batch of gluten-free flour is tested for gluten in our own milling laboratory. We have also set up a flour dust-free room for this purpose.
