Gently cold-pressed and processed by hand, this linseed oil contains a high proportion of omega-3 fatty acids, which are in an optimal ratio to omega-6 fatty acids. We recommend storing the oil in the refrigerator. Cool storage delays the process by which linseed oil becomes bitter. It also preserves the valuable omega-3 fatty acids better
