Bake like in a stone oven!

The handmade black plate made of a special and natural fireclay stone mixture guarantees the best stone oven quality. The slightly porous surface absorbs moisture from the dough (stone oven effect) so that the baked goods, e.g. pizza, tarte flambée, are baked crispy and crunchy. Bread gets a delicious crust and a very good taste.

A major advantage of the baking tray is that it does not need to be greased. Pastries and cakes turn out effortlessly. The preheated baking plate transfers the heat evenly and quickly to the baked goods.

After cooking effect: The heated baking plate continues to bake, even if the oven is switched off 10 minutes before the end of the baking time.

The special feature: The baking plate has a rim all around so that the baked goods cannot slide off. It is placed on the rack and fits in any oven.
