For the preparation of ravioli.

To prepare ravioli or pasta shells, simply place a piece of dough on top of the floured ravioli (1) and press down with the plastic mold (2). Place the desired filling in the same cups (3), brush the edges with an egg and milk mixture and cover with another sheet of dough. Run the rolling pin over the dough with light pressure (4) and then turn the machine over and the twelve dumplings will release easily.
