Breakfast porridge spicy organic 320g

A delicious breakfast porridge from the tradition of Ayurveda - prepared in a few minutes. Ayurveda recommends a light, warm meal to start the day. Sweet fruits like apricot, apple and mango and slightly pungent Ayurvedic spices are finely tuned to the stable, balanced Kapha type.

Application information
Briefly boil one serving = 80g in approx. 300 ml water, place lid on and simmer on low heat for five minutes - stirring occasionally. Sweeten as desired with agave syrup, palm heart sugar or maple syrup.
