The tajine is a thousand-year-old Moroccan nomadic cooking utensil made from natural clay. This clay is free of heavy metals and particularly heat-resistant. Our tajine is traditionally handmade by nomadic families - this ensures their livelihood. Vegetables, meat and fish can be stewed on all types of stoves (except induction), in the oven and over a direct flame. The clay is a good heat accumulator and ensures even heat distribution.

The ingredients are simply layered in the pot and seasoned, where they cook gently and low in fat in their own juices without any further intervention. This preserves the nutrients and flavor of the food and gives the dishes a characteristic "tagine taste" that you won't want to miss. The dishes are originally served in the tagine, where they are kept warm at the same time. In the cooking guide you will find over 50 recipes for all seasons, information about the tradition and production of Moroccan clay cookware, as well as useful tips on preparation,

use and care of the tajine. Model: Tajine IV for 1-4 people Material: Clay Diameter: 29 cm Weight: 2.5 kg Height: 16 cm The tajine is one of the few kitchen utensils that develops a special patina through use, thereby improving its properties.

Availability: 3 In stock

The typical citrus aroma of an Earl Grey unfolds here for a change in a green tea with a golden cup color. This fresh version of the classic is made with natural bergamot essential oil. The tangy element of bergamot is underlined with a little essential oil from lemon peel. You have never drunk an Earl Grey so green and fresh.
